On The Beat | May 2020

Over the past several months, we have been trying to adjust to a new normal.  It is a challenging time for all of us, but particularly for the youth in our community. The Bureau of Community Engagement has gone above and beyond to provide a friendly conversation, much-needed advice, motivation to stay active, encouragement to study, and a few treats and meals to help keep the kids and their families steady. Thank you #BCE!

Care Packages to Youth

Spreading smiles, the BPD is doing what it takes to be there for the community, with special care package deliveries!

The Community Response Fund supports hundreds of local families

Thank you for supporting, and spreading the word. A very special thanks to the Dwyer Foundation, Corey C. Griffin Foundation and Mark Wahlberg Foundation for their support – we are all in this together!
Much appreciation to Commissioner Gross, Superintendent Baston & the Bureau of Community Engagement for the incredible effort put forth to provide these gift cards to families, youth and seniors in our community.

BFIT Class Packs

Franklin Sports and the Bruins sent along 30 BFIT Class Packs to help keep PAL kids engaged during #BosStayHome. A BIG THANK YOU from PAL!
